CERT-In advisories, MeitY notifications, and RBI Master Directions on cyber security and digital compliance — captured verbatim, the same day they're published. No paraphrasing, no login required.
Every circular below is tagged Critical / High / Medium / Low so you can tell at a glance what needs attention first.
CERT-In advisories: the priority shown is CERT-In's own published severity rating, used as-is — not re-assessed by us.
RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and MeitY don't publish an official severity rating, so AI Tātparya applies a transparent, rule-based check to the full verbatim text of each document — not a human or AI judgment call — using these signals:
| Critical | Contains mandatory/binding language ("shall", "must", "mandatory") and a penalty or enforcement term ("penalty", "contravention", "fine") and a specific compliance deadline. |
| High | Mandatory/binding language with a specific deadline, or the document itself is a brand-new Directions/Framework/Regulations (not an amendment to an existing one). |
| Medium | An amendment, clarification, extension, or FAQ to an already-existing framework, with no new deadline of its own. |
| Low | None of the above — typically informational or administrative notices, awareness-day announcements, SPOC nominations, etc. |
